FAQ

  • My style is very candid, relaxed and quite intimate. I aim to capture real, raw and un-staged moments- as they naturally unfold before me. But don’t worry, if you are thinking, “we are so not photo people” during portraits i will guide you when needed and make it as fun as possible along the way.

My greatest aim is that the experience and process of having your wedding documented is amazing - because if you genuinely enjoy the experience on the day then the photos will show that.

  • Well, I reckon its kind of like hanging out with an old friend. I don’t want the experience of having your photos taken on your wedding day feeling stuffy or awkward, and in my opinion its so far from that! I ensure that my couples feel comfortable and relaxed and after the last 10 years, I like to think of myself as pretty good at reading people. I keep it light, remind you of how special and beautiful this day is and why you are here, and let’s be real - check out my reviews here to read what people have said about their experience - CLICK HERE TO READ REVIEWS

  • Thanks so much! I would love to be apart of your day. If you are keen to lock me in to be apart of your day - let me know, and I will forward you a questionnaire , contract and a 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to lock me in for your date.

Unfortunately, due to limited dates, I can not pencil in any bookings. Your wedding date is only secured when all of the above has been completed.

  • I sure do! I work alongside some absolutely incredible vendors (and might I add - legends) who are the best at what they do. I send out a comprehensive list at the booking stage to all of my couples to help with the planning stage.

  • Yes, definitely! I have been to so many weddings over the years and know what really works, time wise, for every part of the year. All my clients receive a comprehensive PDF to help with planning their day when officially booked in. It is full of tips and tricks for planning the perfect timeline for their day. It is basically the ultimate guide for getting the best lighting and scenarios for each part of the day.

  • Yes I sure do! I absolutely love the places that photography has taken me over the years and find so much joy and inspiration in shooting in places i have never been before. You can often find me in different states within Australia, out on rural properties, or over in my second home, New Zealand, documenting weddings and couples in love. Travel for weddings within the Illawarra area or Southern Highlands(60 mins from Albion Park) is included in the package pricing. If your wedding is outside this area, i will provide you with a custom quote for my travel for your special day.

  • I don’t set a limit on the number of images that you will receive. It really depends on a plethora of factors including the type of coverage you choose(how many hours), how many people are at your wedding, the type of events that occur and the amount of details that you have. I really do prefer to focus on quality over quantity. As a guide you can expect to receive anywhere from 400-800 images.

  • Yes, oh my! This is such an important point to be made! I back up every wedding i shoot 3 times, on 3 different hard drives which are all kept in 3 different locations. I know it seems like overkill, but these are your precious moments that you can never get back. You can never have too many backups!

  • I sure do! I have an option to add an engagement shoot to your chosen wedding photography package. These sessions generally go for 40-60 minutes at a location within the Illawarra area. These shoots take place from Monday - Thursday and are done 1 hour before sunset. Due to the nature of being a wedding photographer, and shooting most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; weekends are not available.
